Chef HipE is an eccentric being. The air about him is contagious. He is a Husband and Father and brother and son and so much more. Colorado born and raised and in the biz for 47 yrs. He is inspired by God, his Grandma Helen, good food and company and beautiful surroundings. Goin up and neva comin down. 

TRENTON VERCHEAK

Head Pitmaster/Sous Chef

As an early protege of our Head Chef, Trenton was driven into an obsession with food, working his way from the dish pit to being a valuable asset in the kitchen at 24 years of age. His concept on food is that it is the purest form of love that you can show another human being; the sustaining of another's life, and you're sure to taste it.

MEGAN ESTRADA

Owner/Wife...................

Megan is the Owner, Wife and Mother along with anything else that comes her way. She has been along side of the crazy chef  for 16 years. Can't you tell??????
